Great customers service and friendly staff! Great for small parts for contractors like myself! They also have building supplies such as sheetrock etc!
Everyone is so helpful and I'm always greeted when I come through the door. They have a large amount of inventory and they always know exactly where each item is. Communication is a top priority here as well. Need to mail a package using their UPS desk in the back? They're on it and you're out the door in no time. I love this place!

Stihl service rep (green Ace shirt) has no sense of customer service; was rude when we tried to kindly work something out with him on a warranty issue. All other sales/customer service reps seemed fine though, but our personal experience in this store was short lived and the worst customer service we've ever encountered.
Prices are way too high. If u can, go to Lowes or Home Depot in Odessa. Customer service is good though
