I went into the office this morning and just needed a change of address this was by far the nicest lady I have ever dealt with when it comes to these kind of places for your vehicle usually everyone is so rude.. I am very thankful that I have somewhere to go if I need anything and I don't have to worry about being treated in a wrong way just to make sure all of my stuff is correct also I was in and out within a decent time...
They never, I mean NEVER, answer their phone. But the lady is very friendly and she tries to keep up
They NEVER answer their phone, me and my wife both got our drivers license renewed there and never got them in the mail. Had to go back and renew a second time and pay again. Ridiculous.
Terrible service
The lady they hired I don't know her name but she is working there on this date. She is the most unqualified person I have seen at any job. She is so slow that it took her a hour and a half to issue one learner permit. It takes the lady in Kermit Dl office 15 minutes. They wanted 3 hours of my time and my sons time. We had to leave because she said no testing 30 minutes before close and we were there at 1:00 pm and three people ahead of us. One with a Dl renewed and one with a learn were permit and one that wanted to add tanker end. to his class A. The state of Texas needs reevaluate the people they hire my 15 year old can do the job better
