They loose packages and don't know how to answer the phone, or even so much as turn on the voice mail so a message can be left. Get insurance on your packages and call the corporate office if you have an issue. Clearly they don't vale their customers

I've always received good service here. Everyone at the counter has been able to answer any questions I've had.

He never bothers to bring the package to my door.
