Dropped off my laundry, 1 load, to be done the same day. Charged me $11 for the load and then an additional $7 for an additional, nonexistent, load. Then charged me an additional $6 for doing it the same day. When I started telling them what I thought, they all of a sudden couldn't speak english anymore. Don't waste your money. This place is a ripoff!

Called the place before I headed there, said it was 11 dollars a load......got there and she said it was 11 dollars but 3 extra dollars for same day pick up...... should of told me that before I headed there..... didn't speak and English so basically explaining to hery problem fell on deaf ears!
