If I wanted ironed clothes, I would do it myself!
This place is terrible!!!! The hours are stupid and closed on Saturday which is dumb for people who work durning the week! Dropped my husband clothes off on Monday they said they would be ready by 5pm the next day so I went to pick them up they told me they wouldn't be ready till next week because the girls didn't want to work late who does that?? They also have lost every bag I bring in! Don't waste ur money!
They don't clean wool jackets
This place has a sign that says drop off by 8 am pick up by 5pm. Yeah right!!! I dropped my clothes off on Thursday and they told me it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday the following week. They didn't give me any form of receipt when I dropped off my clothes. The reason they can be this inefficient is because they are the only cleaners in this area. Basically, you get what you get or drive 35 miles to Odessa for better service.
This place is awful! If you want starch, don't come here. After 15 plus times of dropping off clothes here AND emphasizing heavy starch, I never received anything more than flimsy cotton. Don't waste your time or money, the staff is clueless. The owners really should do quality checks on the garments and staff, the tags on the garments clearly state heavy starch, and these were literally washed and ironed.
