We ordered online. When we went to pick up our order, it was incorrect, so they asked us to come back in 10-15 minutes. When we came back, they gave us our pizza, but told us to come back again in 5 minutes because their credit card machine was down. We paid full price for an order that we had to wait an extra 20 minutes on. Our pizza was cold by the time we got home to eat it. They didn't seem to care how much we were inconvenienced.
This place is absolutley HORRIBLE! Thee worst service...EVER! Never told me my order was ready, so I got it cold. Screwed up my order, didn't even cut my pizza, how lazy. No southern hospitality. I thought it was just me but they are rude to everyone. .
Lady at the front was very helpful in sharing her own experiences with the food here. When asked which item she preferred she gave me her honest opinion and that means a great deal for me. Great place to get some pizza if your up for it.
Great and friendly service. They ran out of pizza dough so they made our pizza out of breadsticks. They did not ask us if that was ok. Would have been 5 stars if they told us before bringing the pizza out. Manager and staff made the price right for serving 2 pizzas on breadsticks.
Ordered good for delivery was over an hour late with .6 miles away from location customer service was poor with no consideration or acknowledgement of the time passed? I won't be going here any more.
