Dining area was kind of dirty, with several of the unoccupied tables still with guests messes all on em, and there were only 2 other tables occupied when we got there. Bathroom was clean though.
I do not plan to eat from this establishment again.
I've eaten here a few times and was never that impressed with the service or food, though the staff is polite. On its own I'd say it's 3 stars, but I've just recently eaten there and am now pretty sick. It takes a lot to turn my stomach and make me actually vomit, but they achieved it.
I don't recommend if you're looking for typical Pizza Hut experience, but if you want to chat with someone for a long time and see how they do with patience, I highly recommend this place
The doors opened at 11 and NOTHING was ready. It took 20 minutes to wait on pizzas for the buffet. One employee was very loud to someone else about her dog, when I finally interrupted to ask if they were going to put out salad stuff. She brought me a salad with nothing else.. 3 min later dressing and forks. Some people were walking out complaining they only had a short lunch break. Shouldn't the buffet be ready when the doors open?? Our waitress ( little black girl) was extremely nice and apologetic. I never saw a manager.
Giving them two stars only because they were super sweet to my kids. Ordered the $20 box, but the "pizzas" were breadsticks with like no sauce or toppings, and no crust flavoring. I ordered a sausage pizza with hut favorite crust flavoring and very specifically was like HEAVY on the crust flavoring, please. So when it came out as pictured, I was shocked. They took $10 off which satisfied me. We ate in, so it's not like they couldn't just walk back to our table and ask us if the breadstick pizza was an ok substitute.
They were pretty slow, yet fully staffed it seemed. Servers were nice and all, but they were scattered. Orders were wrong, so we did get a free pizza. Didn't get drink orders placed til 15 minutes, then another 15 to have them brought out. Then 5 more before placing food orders. Seriously another 30 minutes before they were brought out, with one being wrong. Another 30 for that one. Enjoyed talking with my family, but 2 hours at Pizza Hut is just ridiculous when waiting for food.
This is a great Pizza Hut. Under staffed? Yes but my pizza and wings were spot on! I’ll be getting my pizza from here every time I’m around Monahans!!! Thanks guys
