Very cozy! We had an unplanned stop and we were VERY lucky to locate this place, with any rooms open. Clean and quiet!
Not good at all. Towels were never brought to my room. Shower door was broken. There was always extremely loud talking on the floors during the day, which made it very hard to sleep. Broken laundry equipment, that's not tagged broken. So kiss your quarters goodbye. This place has more of a roadside motel feel. Stay somewhere else.
Being only 3-4 months old, the place was extremely nice.. front desk mgr was extremely apologetic about the hot tub not working and stated it would be fixed the next day. The breakfast was great too.
The staff was nice, except the manager. My bed is worn down very badly. She told me i couldn't move rooms, or have a new bed. She laughed at me when i said for $350 a night for a month they could afford a new bed. I called the corporate office. So the manager kept calling me while i was at work suggesting that i just leave the hotel 3 weeks early. She said i couldn't get a refund. She is still giving me mean looks everyday. I'm to the point that i want to leave.
Great service they gave out 2 free drink during happy hour 6:30 to 8:30 but I think that's coming to an end now. They have dinner on Mondays tho really great food too
